Barcelona ranks 28th on Global Talent Competitiveness Index

Barcelona has been ranked as the 28th city in the world and the 10th in Europe for attracting, growing and retaining talent, scoring even higher than New York and London!

The capital of Catalonia is also one of the most valued cities by expats, with its climate, access to health services and leisure activities being some of the most valued aspects by expats.


The GTCI report also highlights the international and entrepreneurial aspects of the city, which ranks 14th in foreign direct investment and 20th in employment creation.
