United Fit is a sports group combining both bootcamp and HIIT workout routines:
Our bootcamp workouts focus on strengthen your muscles with the purpose to make you stronger. The exercises are broken into a set of rounds that alternate by using different attributes such as kettlebells, elastics, battle ropes and smash balls. With a variety of weights you can train at your own level and we will make sure to make it challenging for you.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a way of doing exercises in a fast pace between the exercises. During 45 minutes we will make sure that you workout on a high intensity focusing more on condition and endurance than on strength.
We are a united group of motivated and enthusiastic people, who like to workout together. But this never goes within some laughter or drinks afterwards.
Note: Location and sign-up will be specified via a group Whatsapp.
