Hello! My name is Javi and I am a padel coach based in the L’Hospitalet and Cornellà area of Barcelona. I work with players of all levels, from complete beginners discovering padel for the first time to advanced players who want to refine their technique, improve their match performance or train consistently throughout their stay in Barcelona. My goal is to create training sessions that are enjoyable, motivating and adapted to your personal objectives.

I offer private lessons, training for pairs and small-group sessions. Each class is designed around the player’s needs: some people want to learn the basics quickly so they can enjoy social games, while others prefer to focus on specific aspects such as volleys, bandejas, chiquitas, footwork or tactical positioning on the court. I adjust the intensity and content of the sessions depending on your level and your experience with racket sports. Whether you are new to padel or already playing regularly, the training is always personalised.

Many international players come to Barcelona for work, studies or travel, and padel is one of the best ways to stay active, meet people and enjoy the sports culture here. Because of that, I work frequently with expats, digital nomads and international students who are looking for a reliable coach to help them progress or simply enjoy high-quality sessions during their time in the city. I understand that everyone has different schedules, so my training availability is flexible, especially during morning hours.

One of the things I focus on the most is building confidence on the court. In padel, small adjustments often create big improvements. Correcting grip, positioning, timing or decision-making can immediately change the way you feel when playing. My approach is technical but also practical: I want players to understand not only how to execute a shot, but also why and when to use it in real situations. The objective is always to help you improve in a way that feels natural and enjoyable.

Sessions take place in the L’Hospitalet / Cornellà area, in accessible clubs with good facilities. If you are staying in Barcelona temporarily, visiting for the weekend or living here long term, you can join training at any moment. Many players contact me before arriving in the city so they can plan a session during their stay.
