Spent months trying to change Direct Debit, without any luck (this panicked me as a claim would 1000 vegades més difícils, so decided to not renew as renewal was due in 4 months. 2 months later, no closer to cancelling and policy will auto renew with o way to stop it. Registered, signed for letter with copy of policy and passport achieved nothing.
