Five * are not sufficient to describe her knowledge and especially the patience she had with me, with hundreds of questions at all hours -it seams she works 24/7-. She was with me all the way for several months guiding me with all the documentation to apply for my Spanish Visa, and finally today, December 30, 2023 I received back my passport with my Resident Visa. Lucia is very organised, structured, clear in her communication and knowledgeable about what will be required to obtain the approvals. Highly Recommended!
