      • Fees vary by service and course. One-to-one lessons are normally booked in 10-hour packs, while small-group courses are priced per cohort. Current prices and any active promotional rates are shown on the relevant course page or product listing.

        Prospective one-to-one students can book a free 45-minute trial lesson. Free level assessments are also available for group courses when needed to check course fit.

      SpanishCalls is a small, teacher-led online Spanish school based in Barcelona, offering live lessons for international adults.

      Classes focus on practical communication and active use of Spanish, with direct interaction, correction and personal feedback. Learners practise speaking, listening, pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary through guided activities and realistic situations.

      Our main options are:

      • One-to-one Spanish lessons with an individual learning plan adapted to your level, goals and communication needs.
      • Complete Beginners. Group lessons for adults starting Spanish from zero or almost zero.
      • Spanish for Real Life in Spain. Group lessons for learners who already know some Spanish and want to practise everyday situations such as phone calls, appointments, housing, paperwork and conversations in Spain.

      Group courses are deliberately small, giving learners time to speak, ask questions and receive feedback.

      SpanishCalls teaches Spanish from Spain with international learners in mind. Classes are online, so you do not need to live in Barcelona to study with us.

      Do I need to live in Barcelona to take lessons?

      No. All SpanishCalls lessons are live online, so you can join from Barcelona, elsewhere in Spain or abroad.

      What if I’m a complete beginner?

      You can join a Complete Beginners small-group course when a suitable cohort is open, or start with one-to-one lessons. The group course is designed for adults starting Spanish from zero or almost zero.

      What if I already know some Spanish?

      SpanishCalls also offers options for learners who already have some Spanish. Spanish for Real Life in Spain is designed for A2–B1 learners who want more guided practice using Spanish in everyday situations such as phone calls, appointments, housing, paperwork and conversations in Spain.

      Are the lessons live or recorded?

      Lessons are taught live online. You interact directly with your teacher and the other learners, practise speaking and listening, ask questions and receive correction and feedback during the lesson.

      Do you offer one-to-one lessons?

      Yes. One-to-one lessons are a core part of SpanishCalls and are personalised around each learner’s level, goals and communication needs.

      We offer Spanish lessons for adults, lessons for children from age 7, DELE exam preparation and Catalan lessons. One-to-one teaching is live online and follows an individual learning plan that can be adapted as your needs change.
