Actualmente estamos buscando a un/a Administrativo/a para nuestro departamento de Recursos Humanos.

Responsibilities

 

Responsabilidades:

- Trámite de altas de trabajadores.
- Trámite de bajas de trabajadores.
- Cambios de grupo de cotización, cambios de contrato, modificaciones de jornada, etc.
- Registro de altas, bajas y cambios de contrato en el programa Meta4 de nóminas.
- Realización de contratos y entrega de los mismos.
- Comunicación de los contratos al SPEE (mediante la herramienta Contrat@).
- Redacción de procedimientos e informes
- Soporte procesos auditorías internas y externas
-Traducción de documentos

 

Requirements

Requirements
-Imprescindible castellano nivel nativo
- Inglés nivel medio deseable
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita
- Experiencia previa realizando tareas administrativas
- Conocimientos avanzados de entorno Office (Word, Excel y Access)
- Persona responsable, proactiva y dispuesta a trabajar en equipo
- Valorable experiencia previa en Recursos Humanos
- Diplomatura en Relaciones Laborales (sustituibles por experiencia adquirida y demostrable en el mismo puesto)

 

Benefits

Ofrecemos:

- Contrato indefinido (con periodo de prueba)
- Jornada completa (39 horas/semana, de Lunes a Viernes), y horario de Lunes a Viernes de 09.00 a 18.00
- Salario: 21.000 euros brutos/año
- Oportunidad de formar parte de una empresa internacional en crecimiento.
