Main tasks
Deliver high-class service according to customers' wishes and needs
Register and follow up on customers' orders and inquiries
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction surveys
Requirements
Requirements for applicants
Has good language skills in Swedish and English
Excellent communication skills and good as a relationship builder
Works well in teams
Has a positive attitude and is motivated by making customers happy
Previous experience in a similar position is a big plus
Interest in sports fashion and the sports industry is a big plus
