Our client is a multinational company that provides industrial gases across a wide range of industries from food and beverage to medical, energy, and transportation. As a sourcing specialist, you will define innovative strategies to build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and source passive candidates with desired profiles. Working on a full matrix of roles, you will proactively establish market knowledge and awareness of feeder channels for target talent.
Responsibilities
- Use a variety of tools to source active and passive talent pipeline on a variety of roles across regions
- Be able to sell the company as a compelling prospect to candidates
- Manage to actively establish Talent pools in key areas
- Screen candidates effectively against company culture as well as match the job description
- Ability to adapt communication style accordingly and flex between senior positions and hard to fill technical roles
- Support Recruiters in manager briefings
- Produce market mapping information
- Manage some vacancies throughout the entire recruiting process and attend interviews as required
- Actively explore and inform the business of relevant market trends
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing channels, tools and strategies
- Good communication skills with the ability to speak to a full matrix of candidates
- Previous experience in using ATS and good IT skills
- Team-oriented and highly organized candidate, able to work collaboratively
- Self-Starter
