    Senior Customer Support Specialist w/ Native level of Spanish

    Description

    We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Specialist with a sporty and positive attitude to join our client's project in Barcelona. Together with their dynamic team, you will offer the best possible experience for clients within Spain.

    Responsibilities
    • Delivering a best in class consumer experience attending clients in all sort of questions regarding delivery, orders, invoicing, improvements, etc;
    • Being the point of contact for clients;
    • Provide technical and general customer support via phone and email;
    • Process orders of clients and following up with them;
    • Coordinate with sales and distribution centers to ensure shipping and delivery take place smoothly;
    • Ensure smooth processing of returns, credit, and claims;
    • Continuous communication with internal teams and external partners;
    • Review performance and improve collaboration with the clients;
    • Building and developing strong client relationships;
    • Track deliveries to ensure SLA fulfillment;
    • Training new colleagues;
    • Support the implementation of new systems;
    • High level of product knowledge as per training.
    Requirements
    • Native level of Spanish & full professional level of English;
    • More than 3 years of experience in a related role;
    • Familiarity in communicating with internal and external partners;
    • Strong analytical skills;
    • Strong knowledge of SAP and processes within supply chain;
    • Outstanding level of Microsoft, especially Excel;
    • Proactive attitude;
    • High attention to detail
    • Customer Service focused mentality;
    • Attentive, empathetic, and flexible;
    • Good communication skills;
    • Passionate about sports.
