Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work, AENOR and Top Employer), is looking for a Sales Team Leader for a new and exciting new client.

Responsibilities

-Managing a team of Sales Reps working towards team KPIs and sales targets.
-Planning / forecast preparation. Thinking in terms of new developments and opportunities
-Delegate tasks and working towards set deadlines
-Oversee day-to-day operation of sales team
-Monitor team performance and report on metrics to perform outstanding results
-Discover training needs and provide coaching
-Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
-Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
-Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
-Mentor team members towards personal and professional goals where applicable in line with career path

Requirements

-BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
-English level C1
-Proven managerial experience in a sales environment is a plus
-High emotional intelligence
-Strong leadership skills with ability to work well with teams
-Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills
-High level of expertise in self prospection and outbound sales
-Passionate about sales and digital ad landscape, with a desire to learn and develop
-Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
-Strong sales results in any current and previous sales roles
-Self starter and versatile

-Full-time (39 hours/week) and permanent contract
-Salary: 24.000€ gross/year + up to 2.400€ gross/year in bonus
