Proactive account management (via telephone and email)
Responsible for partner program, partner business and marketing
Identify and qualify prospects and decision makers in selected companies
Identify, profile, and qualify prospects and decision makers in targeted companies and detect opportunities
Monitor on the level of client satisfaction and take corrective measures when necessary
Checking for deal gross margin optimization opportunities
Supporting partners on the project case by mediation of internal contacts,
information and project conditions in defined ways to maximize revenue
Escalation management and 1st Escalation level for partners, coordination of all
Product adds/discount adjustments on account manager/reseller request'
Forecast on a weekly basis
Implementation and execution of business plans with partners to achieve
quarterly goals and to generate growth opportunities.
Native/fluent in French, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Solid B2B Sales experience
Knowledge of the Channel market landscape
IT literacy skills with high interest in technology
Excellent communication and presentation skills (both oral and written)
Target/goal oriented with a sound business acumen and commercial mindset
Eager, quick learner with the ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
