    Partner Support Representative

    Description

    We are looking for a Partner Support Representative for the EMEA market to work for a well known American corporation which provides hardware (smart phone and tablets)/ software product services.

     

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    - Onboarding of qualified (with business plan signed off by stakeholders) prospective
    - Enterprise partners for all products, and partner types.
    -Provide partner support via telephone, email, chat and hangout (videocall without camera).
    - Offboarding (all partners, all products)
    - Evaluations (all partners, all products)
    - Partner program and other related queries as outlined in section above.

     

    Requirements

    Requirements

    - Fluent in English
    - Team player
    - Willingness to learn and apply new technologies
    - Analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability desired
    - Ability to operate in high pressure situations
    - Good technical skills and knowledge preferable
    - Excellent communication skill
    - Excellent soft skills

     

    Benefits

    We offer:

    -Full-time (39hrs/week) Contract
    -Rotating Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 or from 13:00 to 22:00
    -Salary: 16.732,21 Euros gross/year + up to 1.800 Euros gross/year in bonus.
    -Location: Barcelona Center
