We are looking for a content moderator in Barcelona!
As a Content Moderator, you play an important role in the content of one of the most well-known social media of our time. The department is equipped for growth in 2022, which provides a wide range of opportunities for internal campaigns and career development for the right candidates.
Responsibilities
- Overlook that the right content is promoted, and that content that goes against the media's guidelines is removed.
- Act as an ambassador for this service
- Collection and maintenance of customer data
- Receive customer inquiries about e.g. general service, subscription, payment and technical issues
- Work with requests and comments via the media channels
Requirements
We are looking for those of you who:
- Speak and write Norwegian at mother tongue level
- Have experience in customer service, communication or similar roles
- Possess good knowledge of current social media (Facebook, Twitter etc.)
- Passion for community management and digital marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
