About your job:
The main goal of the Network Infrastructure Team is to ensure the smooth operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability for users.
You will be working with:
- Installing and supporting our LAN and WLAN networks.
- Switch configuration
- Whitelist access updates
- Supporting infrastructure projects.
- Incident, Request and Problem management
- Document processes
-Report any task or work done in documentation and ticketing systems
Requirements
Requirements
- At least 1/2 years of experience in a similar position
- High Level of English and Spanish
- Troubleshooting of networks from computer point.
- Knowledge in CISCO desirable
- Knowledge CISCO Prime management is a big plus
- CCNA certificate is a big plus
- Knowledge in Fortinet devices is a plus
