Responsibilities
The role
Your main mission will be to ensure a quality remote customer relationship that meets expectations. This includes:
- Management of reservations (modification, cancellation or creation of new reservations)
- Advise clients on the services we provide by phone or email
Manage the back-office of reservations (issuance, modification and cancellation of reservations) - After-sales service (litigation and compensation management)
- Manage and manage the administrative process (invoicing, written communication, travel documents)
- In short, you are a customer advisor, Ambassador of customer satisfaction!
By what means?
Calls (mainly incoming; outgoing calls at the margin, and depending on the activity, only to recontact a customer, no prospecting), But note that, emails, chat, social networks could also potentially be your newcomers work tools!
Requirements
Requirements
We`re looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, good listening skills and a sense of service!
- Bilingual Flemish+French would be ideal
- Good knowledge of English
- We will appreciate you as caring, empathetic, curious and dynamic!
- A good team spirit, a taste for challenges and challenges will come in handy on a daily basis!
- You demonstrate good oral and written expression.
- You demonstrate an ability to adapt.
- You must be IT literate in order to easily handle our tools.
- Previous experience as a travel agent is an asset and knowledge of GDS tools (Saber, Amadeus, Galileo) is a plus.
Benefits
We offer
Full-time (39 hours/week) and long-term contract
Schedule (rotative): Monday - Saturday from 09:00 to 18:00
Salary: 20.000 euros gross/year + up to 4.000 euros gross/year
