Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Supervise a group of agents, with the main responsibility of coaching, reporting, executing action plans, maintain utilization and day to day operational management
- Ensure achievement of SLA targets
Conducts daily and weekly meetings to share business updates, conducts RCA to identify drivers impacting performance, and works closely with QAs and Trainers to improve team performance
- Participate in the recruitment process close to HR & manager giving an update from needs and interviewing
- Manage all disciplinary issues effectively
- Work closely with subject matter experts on escalations as well as manage the queue and productivity of their teams
- Should have solid understanding of workflow, tools used for providing services
- Maintain contact with the customer regarding cases, new procedures, applications, tools...
- Offer support in critical problems (case escalations, emergencies, customer complaints).
- Provide reports to management
- Have experience working as a Sales Representative/ Business developer in same/similar workflows

Requirements

Requirements

- Bachelors/Degree or equivalent experience
- Passion for cloud technologies and changing the world
- Experience with people management is required (minimum 2 years of experience in team leader/ team management role preferably in IT/Telesales/BPO industry)
- Have previous experience working as a Sales Representative/ Business developer
- Strong sales and technical aptitude with ability to absorb technical sales information and apply to business solutions
- Able to set priorities, influence others, and manage customer expectations
- Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of an effective team, and abilities in negotiating with and influencing customers and stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent time management, organization and planning skills are essential
- Have excellent communication (verbal and written) and presenting/training skills
- English proficiency and additional language is a plus
