Buscamos a una persona para dar soporte al servicio de atención al cliente de uno de nuestros clientes.

 

Responsibilities

Tras recibir una completa formación el nuevo gestor se responsabilizará de:

- Atender llamadas entrantes de clientes (a través de teléfono, email, email de voz, bíper u otras alertas) y solucionar las demandas de los usuarios.
- Registrar los detalles de las llamadas en los sistemas de gestión de llamadas para proporcionar una respuesta y una resolución dentro del ANS.
- Mantener el conocimiento del servicio y del producto y la habilidad asociada a las aplicaciones específicas para los cliente individuales.
- Intensificar las cuestiones de servicio potencial inicialmente con el Mentor.
- Seguir todos los procesos y procedimientos del proyecto.
- Asegurar el mantenimiento del ANS contractual.
- Proporcionar cobertura a otros Agentes durante su ausencia, ya sea dentro de su mismo equipo o en otros.
- Trabajar con los Supervisores/mentores sobre proyectos específicos donde sea necesario.
- Comprender y cumplir con las tareas administrativas como los formularios de vacaciones, enfermedad y horas extra de manera precisa y apropiada.
- Asistir a las reuniones periódicas de equipo.
- Realizar tareas adicionales solicitadas por el Supervisor o Mentor relacionadas con el mantenimiento del rendimiento del servicio, la calidad y la satisfacción del cliente.

- Persona con experiencia demostrable en atención al cliente y recepción de llamadas
- Experiencia previa en contact center
- Ágil y con ganas de trabajar
- Responsable
- Buenas dotes comunicativas y organizativas
- Persona entusiasta y con mucha empatía
- Flexibilidad y proactividad
- Castellano y Catalán a nivel nativo o muy alto
- Inglés nivel alto

 

Benefits

Condiciones:

- Contrato temporal
- Salario: 16.732,21 euros brutos anuales
- Horario rotativo: Horario aproximado de 15:30h a 22:30h, de lunes a sábado o de domingo a viernes. Con dos fines de semana libres al mes. SE TRABAJAN TODOS LOS FESTIVOS
