We are looking for a Technical Support Advisors to work for A well known American corporation which provides hardware (smart phone and tablets)/ software product services.
Responsibilities
As the Technical Support Advisor, you will be:
- Maintaining client relationships through product support over the phone
- Providing customers with quotes and product knowledge
- Handling effectively all incoming incidents
- Gathering information from customers, troubleshoot technical issues

- Dutch native level speaker with fluent English
- Great teammate
- Willingness to learn and apply new technologies
- Analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability desired
- Ability to operate in high pressure situations
- Good technical skills and knowledge preferable
- Excellent communication skills.

Benefits
Conditions:
- Full-time (39hrs/week) and long-term contract
- Salary:
1) Fixed: 18.540 Euros gross year (base + language compensation)
2) Performance Bonus: 2.500 Euros gross/year
- Shift: Mon-Sun rotative (9:00-20:00)
- Location: Barcelona Center, from home during COVID
