We are looking for motivated, dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry! As a Customer Care Advisor, you would be delivering high quality services to our clients' customers in your Native Language, resolving various questions and issues while communicating our clients' values.
Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Supporting customers and partners with their technical and marketing oriented requests via phone and email;
- Take care of complaints considering internal procedures;
- Keep customer information up to date for marketing purposes (e.g. address, phone number, e-mail address, etc).
- Keep the internal CRM system up to date with all necessary information on customer interactions;
- Supporting new colleagues;
- Staying up to date with internal processes and news;
- Bring your ideas of how to optimize the business.
Requirements
- Native level of Finnish, Full professional level of English;
- Any additional language is a plus;
- Strong IT skills;
- Customer service orientation;
- High level of empathy;
- Team work attitude;
- Ability to multitask and be flexible to changes;
- Drive for top performance with respect to quality;
- Eagerness to grow and develop;
- Engagement with the client's values and mission.
