What is your mission?

Reporting to your Team Lead, as a Back Office Sales Support Specialist for one of our clients, a Silicon Valley Digital Giant, you'll support our client's groups of sales representatives in NAMER by helping them to navigate the complexities of our client's sales and fulfillment processes. Being the first point of contact for the sales reps you'll be answering questions, giving advice, solving problems using your technical know-how and expertise. You'll learn our company mission and vision and you will receive a dedicated training plan for you to learn, grow, and explore professional development opportunities within TDCX. As a successful specialist you will become an expert in core operations and operational chance, truly understanding the nuts and bolts of a SaaS business and sales life cycle. Allow customers to grow their business by providing the best in world-class service experience.

 

Your performance will be measured on how well you:

-Provide consultative support to sales reps on the sales process via email, telephone, internal messaging tools, and within the CRM.
-Educate sales reps on processes, and best practices, to improve performance and release sales capacity to core sales activities.
-Represent the backend sales process for the sales organization.
-Build working relationships cross-functionally that will help resolve special requests from clients/ sales reps.
-Be an expert in our client's CRM and ERP Systems.
-Monitor the Deal Desk queue and resolve cases on a first in first out basis. Cases may include:
-Updating quotes
-Changing opportunity owners in the CRM
-Assisting with opportunity creation
-Generating custom order forms
-Special billing needs
-Follow up with Sales Reps to retrieve the required information in order to solve cases quickly and in accordance with our client's sales policies.
-Reroute cases to our client's appropriate team, if needed.
-Ensure Sales Reps follow our client's guidelines and sales policies while moving opportunities through the sales life cycle.
-Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management team from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality -Management System of TDCX

Responsibilities

Ability to communicate confidently with tech-savvy customers using perfect written and spoken English
The ability to navigate and progress the sales process
Experience in Back Office, Customer Service, and/or office call center environment is a plus
Ability to work independently and to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations. But nothing beats the commitment to yourself to be as good as you possibly can. We'll help you to achieve this goal
Problem-solving skills, and the ability to listen sympathetically
Computer-based background with experience in new technologies (Outlook, CRMs, Microsoft Windows, Office)
