Account management standardization Team Lead

The Account Management support Team by close collaboration within the Allianz Technology Chief Technology & Transformation Officer Area, Finance and the IT / Support functions, will support the Account Managers and their customers in their transformation, ensuring that contractual, and financial obligations are successfully met by both sides.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
The Account Manager will be responsible for the following tasks :
1. Customer Relationship
Quarterly Account Meeting with OEs C-level (preparation, leading, follow-up)
Run Net Promoter Score exercise (e.g. Selection of participants; meeting coordination; result consolidation; action tracking)
Customer Intelligence & Events - Improve external communication towards customer
Best practice sharing cross Account Management CTOs
New service/Change of service recurring meetings conducted jointly with Service Organization
2. Finance
Overdue Receivables
Tracking and closure of Overdue Receivables and controlling of monthly payments – interface to Debt Collection Team
Commercials
Monthly approval for billing items
Ensure monthly Financial Reconciliation
Information about financial clean-ups (e.g. bulk charging BB10, YBC BENSL, Sharepoint retrospective charging, etc)
Revenue Planning
Conduct annual planning with the OE & AzT Service Organization
Forecasting: Minimize risks in the Year End Steering with proper follow-up on charging status vs.plan / request necessary accruals (OE/CFO)
3. Contracts
Contract E2E negociation
Price Communication (annual/ad hoc)
Contractual initiation, negotiation, tracking and closure of all services and projects delivered
Responsible for contractual coverage of revenues and status fw-up.
Tracking and follow-up on contracts in signature process to ensure timely closure
Requirements
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
Bachelor / Master Degree
3-5 years of professional experience
Passion for learning and IT Tech culture
Experience
Experience in delivering workshops and instructor-led trainings, online and on site
Independent and self-driven working style
Proactive and curious approach to new topics
Absolut team player and strong collaboration skills
Fluent English skills in both speaking and writing
Good data analytical skills
Strong competence of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Very good communication skills
Hands on approach with a global mindset
