    I stayed with ShBarcelona for three months, and I was very disappointed with my experience. While everyone was kind and professional when they were around, it was very difficult to communicate with them– they simply took days or weeks to respond to messages and required a lot of follow-ups just to hear back. Before I paid for anything, they were helpful and quick to respond, but once I had paid, it was always days before I would hear back, at best. In the end, I ended up in an over-priced apartment that was very dark, noisy, and dank apartment which left my feet black with dirt when I first walked through it. One of the bedroom walls was covered in mold, the couches and chairs all had stains on them, the shower drain didn't drain, the whole place smelled bad, and when a light blew out in my second week there, they did not address the problem. I felt taken advantage of with the high service fee and the low-level service. The apartment was described as "fully equipped", but I had to spend my first day in Barcelona buying basic items for the apartment to make it livable. They also advertised the place as having two sets of sheets, but there was only one set (normally a small, insignificant drawback), which was problematic because the apartment was so dark and damp that it took more than a day to dry anything. Seems my experience fell through the cracks for them.

    Hello! I requested a work transfer to my company and decide to head to Barcelona as I fell in love with this wonderful city. Though I did not realize it was that hard to find an accommodation and I must say that ShBarcelona is the only agency that helped me out.
    I could not view the apartment and the agent I was in touch with really was sympathetic and understood all my needs. Thanks to her I found a place that perfectly matched with expectations. Then I have been in touch with my KAM and he has been really helpful too. I had an issue with one of my window and the problem got solved very fast.
    I really want to thank the entire team of ShBarcelona who made my transfer very smooth. I definitely recommend people to use their services and I will most surely contact them again when I’ll be back. Best wishes, Simone.
