Exclusive Student Accommodation
At La Fabrica &Co, we operate exclusively as a student residence. Therefore, it is not possible to stay with us unless you are enrolled in a university or educational institution. To comply with applicable regulations, we will request the relevant documentation (such as proof of enrollment or an admission letter) from anyone looking to book a stay.

The rooms are cozy, and its convenient location makes exploring the city super easy. Plus, I absolutely enjoyed the after-study event on Fridays—it’s the perfect way to unwind and connect with others! If you're looking for a warm and vibrant place to stay in Barcelona, La Fabrica & Co. is the perfect choice!
