Hello! It is an honour to connect with you. My name is Andrea Fajardo Duarte and I am from Colombia and have been living in Barcelona since 2020.

I am a qualified therapist and a trained psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults from a somatic and integrative humanistic and existential approach since 2014.

I feel passionate about accompanying individuals to connect with themselves and the world in a holistic way, integrating their body, mind/emotions, and spirit. I believe situations in life challenge us to look within: it can be moving abroad, grieving a loved one, feeling overwhelming intense emotions, you name it!

With adults, I work with individuals that might feel stuck, navigating emotional turbulences or that are facing similar situations with the same outcome over and over again. I accompany them to bring awareness to restrictive patterns and transform them, so they navigate life in a way that feels honest, expansive, resourceful and with awareness about their ability to choose.

With children and adolescents, I offer support through the same holistic approach tailored to their developmental stage and therefore their physical, psycho-emotional and social dimensions. I also offer support and guidance for their care-takers so we can provide the elements needed to guarantee a healthy development, giving space for them to create and connect with their own resources to cope with life and its challenges.
