I'm Robert Kokai, business coach with sales development approach.

I spent last twenty-some years of my career in sales at international enterprises. Being and expat outside your comfort zone, getting accommodated to a new culture and becoming a leader at the same time might bring challenges to your life, Leaders are not born but are formed under a purposeful learning process and accommodate to their new role, finding their good motivations. An objective business coach can help a lot in this progress. Based on my experience in recent years, I felt committed to helping expats struggling with bottlenecks through my personalized coaching program to complete their business and career aspirations.
