Hi, I'm Helen and my business is Asha House Coaching.

At Asha House Coaching we recognise that each coaching relationship has its similarities and its own fundamental differences.  Each client is unique, and we therefore engage with respectful curiosity to stay open to the possibilities that offers.

We focus on results and believe in expanding strengths and building confidence to deliver sustainable outcomes.

With more than 15 years experience in Human Resources across the financial, insurance and professional services industries in both the UK and New Zealand, together with my own small business ownership gaining exposure to the veterinary industry, I am able to quickly build relationships with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, skills and abilities.

Now living in Barcelona, my diverse industry and professional background means that I understand the pressures and complexities affecting employees and work in partnership with my clients to create an environment of trust and encouragement to enable them to gain clarity in their thinking, direction, and actions.

I take a pragmatic, non-directive approach and use language and practices that give my clients room to step back and observe - rather than continuing habitual reactions - in order to create lasting change.

People who work with me will experience honesty and openness as we partner together to achieve your goals.  My style is conversational, supportive and I build relationships where there is humour and warmth.  During, or between, sessions I may share models and theories if they are likely to add value to the thinking or provide a different way to look at a situation.
